Spa Policy

Reservations
Advance reservations for spa services are recommended. For reservations please call our concierge at 925-516-3600. We recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the spa to ensure availability of your desired time. Service prices are subject to change without notification.

Spa Check-In
In order to receive the full benefit of your treatment, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for changing and professional consultation. Late arrivals will receive their service during the remaining balance of time originally allotted. No discounts are given on late arrival services.

Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve your time especially for you, we require a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged a $25.00 fee per scheduled service. For parties of three or more, we require a 72-hour notice of cancellation.

Spa Environment
To ensure an environment of tranquility, please turn off cell phones and pagers and maintain a quiet level of conversation while at the spa.

Personal Property
We regret that Spa Prima cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Spa Amenities
Spa Prima offers locker and shower facilities, complimentary spa refreshments and "Tea Room", relaxation retreat.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are not refundable and must be presented to Spa Prima at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards are not refundable or replaceable.

Returns
Product and merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange or spa credit only. No cash refunds.

Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Group Events
Ask our concierge about exclusive availability of Spa Prima for group and corporate events.
